We had them come out to our house to troubleshoot and repair a few items. I am was super impressed by their work, the speed it was completed and the final invoice.
What really stood out to me and was super impressed by was when we went through the recent cold snap James messaged me out of the blue and asked if everything was okay. You nan pay for good service but having someone to be proactive and show that level of concern is really rare these days.
We are now loyal customers and will call them for all of our needs.
thanks!!

Critical:Â Quality
Brand new furnace installed. After awhile we kept noticing the smell of gas. Called Canuck who said they were too busy to send over one of their guys and suggested I call Fortis. Fortis came and reported the fittings on the installation were only hand tight. This is so incredibly serious. Thanks for nearly killing us Canuck.

The technician was rude. I decided to go with a different company for my new furnace installation. Over priced and terrible customer service. The manager was also rude when I called and voiced my concerns. If you want honest and reliable service go with a different company. I got a new furnace for 1800.00 less than what they quoted me.
They also seem to think that I am unhappy about having to replace my furnace. This is not the case as I obviously went with a better and more reputable local company and now have a brand new furnace. The awful customer service and unprofessionalism from this company

Absolutely horrible customer service and people skills. My wife called them as our new furnace of two years was having issues cycling this winter. The man who answered the phone basically talked down to her because we had in his words "Mickey Moused" our furnace together and essentially laughed at her when we were trying to bring them business based on heir so called "reputation". If by mickey moused together you mean had another company with the same certification as yours do our original install then that's just a very unprofessional jab at your competition. Turned out to be a quick repair and

They came out dec 17 and were here for 15 minutes. They turned my furnace off and gave me 2 out of 3 heaters that didn't work. We decided to go with someone else to install. Went in on dec 23rd to pay my bill, they couldn't find the invoice and said they will email or call me within next few days. Finally called and left voicemail Jan 10. Called… again 6 days later and left voicemail saying it's going to collections if I don't pay by next week. I called to see what I have to pay and it's $220! Before they came out they told me it's $114 +20 for coming out. I said I can't pay that for a while

Daniel initially was going to install a natural gas line that was under sized for my pool boiler application even after I explained to him the manufacturers requirements/specifications stated a 3/4” line, not 1/2” for the required distance. It took me having to talk to his boss to get it sorted out. Daniel also tried to lie to me on how the… underground gas line was installed saying it came from the factory prefabricated to the exact length down to the inch that was required. When I called him on his bluff saying ‘well you will have to come by to measure it before you order

Be very wary of this company. I called recently to have my furnace serviced for the year. I provided the make and model of it and told them it was installed in 2009. Without even coming to the house, the rep on the phone told me that I should be prepared to have a whole new furnace installed, as the manufacturer discontinued them for defective issues, and that a few years back the man installing that particular furnace around Prince George did a shoddy job. The rep also told me that it would take a really long time to clean and it would be costly at $98/hr plus a $20-30 charge for rolling the truck
