I went to TAPS, because I was re-doing our master bathroom. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Dominic. He listened to my needs and took me around the showroom to show me different styles (I wasn’t 100% sure on the look I wanted). I never felt rushed, and he took the time to explain all the options, etc. I love my new bathroom!!!! Couldn’t have done it without his expertise and care!!!! Thank you!!

I have have purchased bathroom fixtures/bathtubs for a couple of bathroom projects for my home through Tapps. They have a large selection but the sales people were really helpful at narrowing it down to what would work best for my family's needs. They were really on the ball, especially Dominic. On my last project there was a large error made by my plumber and Dominic found me a product that not only fixed the plumber's mistake, but made my shower look and function better than the original plan.

I take no pleasure in this, but when you order two sinks and a bunch of faucets and parts, and one of the sinks is wrong and the second sink doesn't appear, it really puts a dent in your project's timeline. The staff were always polite and friendly, and they did try to be helpful and find replacements, but we didn't have the time to wait for something to be ordered... In the end, I still had to return the wrong sink myself, and they never offered to refund the delivery cost of the initial order, which although probably an oversight, felt like insult to injury. Sorry Taps, we really wanted to shop

- wrong toilet given
- wrong faucet given (I received a given kitchen faucet instead of the bathroom faucet I purchased)
- when I went to get the correct faucet I brought it home only to discover it was missing two hoses
In all I had to make THREE extra visits to the store and pay extra to the contractor for lost time.
By choosing TAPS I have been greatly annoyed and our renovations have been delayed.

Great selection of kitchen and bath products at fair prices. BUT the parts and service in the back when you need support later on is absolutely painful and you can wait in line for an hour -- the one or two guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and generally helpful BUT they're way understaffed. Like buying there, HATE having to go there afterwards for support!!!

Don't even bother. We've been a couple of times and they are dismissive and rude. Went today with a broken kitchen soap dispenser and after waiting for help for 15 minutes they were dismissive with a quick "nope" (so rude) and told us to go online. We then went around the corner to a smaller place and they were very helpful and have ordered the part for us. This is the last time we will go to Taps.

I drove 40 km to the TAPS store as they have a good selection of vanities, taps etc for a bathroom renovation. After looking around I had a few questions about specific items, and requested service. They have a sign up sheet for this. After 20 minutes of waiting, with maybe one other customer in the store, there was no service offered, no apologies for the wait, nothing. I was so annoyed I left the store, never to return as there are plenty of other stores selling comparable goods at a much better price and service.

(Editing to add: I slept in for the delivery, oh no! Realized when I thought to check the cameras a few minutes after the door bell in case it wasn't Amazon. Sweet driver actually stayed in my driveway a few minutes, just in case! So I got my toilet on time. Now I am kicking myself wondering if if would have been okay to tip him. I probably should have. Wake up!!!)
I have had good experience with Taps. I prefer to look around the showroom first and then check in with reception to be assigned a sales rep. They have a good selection of quality products. I swoon at the tubs every time and dream
