We had good experience 5 years ago ordering wood venetians so we felt comfortable ordering wood venetians and accordion blinds. The Venetian blinds came promptly and were well installed but with the blinds began a 4 month saga. First the measurements were incorrectly taken and the window requirements not considered by the consultant. So they had to be ré measured and reordered. Then the next blinds had one defective blind which had to be sent back and reordered Then there was silence for 3 weeks. Messages left and unanswered, followed by conversations and commitment to get back next day which

I worked with Yvonne to help coordinate all the colours for my recent renovation project and she is great! She has a fantastic eye for colours and carefully ensured everything matched and coordinated with the cabinets and flooring. The other staff were all very helpful and responsive as well. This is a great business to work with.
