Among the best training that I have attended. Well organized, full of good tips, actually provided useful information and speaker clearly had appropriate experience. The presenter was knowledgeable, well spoken and a good program leader. Compliance Trainings chose an excellent topic and equally good was the interaction between the presenter and the participants.

I have attended to this topic a couple times before as presentations elsewhere but the presenter here discussed all topics as well as elaborated on portions that others did not. The training covered exactly what I hoped would cover and the additional tips were priceless.

SPAMMER. Received junk mail from this company, and nothing but frustration from his call center in India when I contacted them to get off their junk mail list. Apparently no one at the call center has any idea how to reach the company for whom they take phone calls. They do not have any phone number, they do not have the name of a person to contact, or any way of reaching their own client. After getting nothing but static from the first operator I got stuck with, I talked with a supervisor at the call center who refused to give his real name, identifying himself merely as "Jerry."
