Rae studied photography and graphic design at Emily Carr College of Art and Design in Vancouver B.C. She dropped out after three years to go skydiving. Her travels took her to London England, Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto. Then, in 2004 and before the trend, Rae bought a house and moved to Hamilton, Ontario starting her own website design and photography business.
Working closely with small business throughout the region, she returned to her photography roots and incorporated her unique eye into each website. Her clients included five of Hamilton's Business Improvement Areas, among other clients, and her work garnered two nominations and an Honorary Mention at the Hamilton Tourism Awards.

The 45-minute makeup session is a pampering experience, bringing out your own unique features in a relaxed environment. Then you step in front of the camera for a 20-min portrait photography shoot resulting in approximately 12 finished digital images and one 810 glossy print of your choice of images.
