I understand that everybody were hit in this pandemic, but advertising one thing on the website and delivering something very different (and so much less in value) is just plain wrong! Maybe a hope that a receiver will not send a picture of arrangement is something that this place is relying on, but if I was in the store I would just refuse the order. Please CHECK your ordered with this company!

Art's Flowers is a terrific business to deal with. I ordered birthday flowers to be delivered. The ordering was smooth and painless and they were beautiful!! Then, when our daughter picked them up instead, they credited the delivery charge. I had no idea, so I had phoned them to inquire about the 2nd transaction!! How refreshing to get personal, honest and efficient service from a local small business!! Thank you Art's Flowers for you integrity!!

This is the first and last time to shop in this local...I placed an order online in Dec 20th to be delivered today Dec23rd between 10-12 in the morning. I am so disappointed with their service because the flowers didn’t arrive yet to the destination and it’s 5pm . I called them to find out how many more hours my relatives should be waiting for the gift and They don’t have an estimate Hour to be delivered... Shame on them... They are been waiting the whole day for the gift....& I really hope my relatives could receive what I paid for not less.

Extremely poor customer service. You MUST be there between the vague hours of afternoon to night to pick them up otherwise they charge the sender and extra delivery fee. Don't use as a gift because it is an inconvenience to get. It ruined my ability to prep for Christmas. I asked what happens if I am not available and they said well the sender would be charged an extra delivery fee to try another day.
