Their son, Jayme, was 13 when he started working with his father during weekends and summers. After graduating from high school, he joined the technical side of the business and began studying for his refrigeration license. In 2006, Jayme obtained his Inter-Provincial Journeyman License with a Red Seal.

I phoned Rhyno's yesterday regarding a overheating safety question about the Benjamin wood-oil furnace installed by Jason Greek in April 2021. I was wondering if the furnace had an overheating safety control that would shut the wood draft and cut power to the oil burner if the furnace got too hot and if it did, I wanted him to see if it was working properly. Some of my wood fires get pretty hot so I wanted to be sure there was the safety override. He was very knowledgeable and said the furnace had the safety system and then he checked to see if it was working properly. I can now be confident my

I had a corroded 'T' on the chimney of my furnace and could not find an "off-the-shelf" replacement so I decided to call Rhyno's to find out if they would make the part to my specifications. My request was directed to a technician by the friendly reception staff. I emailed some photos and drawings with measurements and within hours I had my replacement made and ready for pickup. It fit perfectly. The cost was definitely appropriate considering that of any comparable parts available at a hardware store and especially that it was custom-made. Thank you to all involved.

Needed my taps replaced in both the kitchen and bathroom. Phoned Langille's early in the morning and they had someone here within an hour. Shawn H. did an exceptional job taking out the old (which was somewhat of a challenge) and installing the new. They look and work beautifully. Thanks Shawn. Professional from start to finish. I recently had the opportunity to hire Rhyno’s/Langille’s for an unfortunate experience.I was a little reluctant to do so, as I had heard they were rather expensive. I’m a widow on a fixed income and I have to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. The absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Paid to get our heat pump cleaned, the technician broke it. He told us it was just the remote. A few days later when I called to see if the remote was in, I was told it wasn’t the remote it was something else (not sure how they even knew this as the technician wrote on our receipt that… “everything was working good except the remote”). Wow where to begin ... had our heat pump cleaned on July 9th, what a mistake that was. Rhynos workers took maybe an hour to do their work and when ready to leave they told me our remote was not working, so I told the guy we have never had any problem with it before are you sure it’s the remote? He was positive it was because the pump was blowing… out some air (seemed like just the fan running) even though there was no display coming up on the pump, he said he tired different batteries in the remote but still nothing. I very recently had a 30K (Lennox 3 head) unit installed. I understood that they would not have units on hand, but there was not a delay in having one brought in. Throughout the process Bernadette, the contact person, was very helpful and kept me updated on the status, The installers were prompt and professional. However not all was roses...the outside unit was a dud and they had to replace it...not their fault and quickly rectified. Usually I would rate a company better however right from the start they made us sign a contract to purchase a heat pump before telling us that they did not have one they would have to order. A little disappointing when it's getting cold outside and you have no heat. The other issue was paying them. I never seen a company that was so difficult to pay the bill. They would only accept $2500 on a visa. I'm from out of province and they wanted to charge me 4% admin fee to process. I went with the most expensive quote for my heat pump thinking quality pays.
Answer No it does not it Costs and Plenty stopped working the day after a poor installation and it took three weeks to return to put it right after I nearly froze to death and it still struggles to heat my home.
