Kacia has been absolutely amazing! This summer we were evacuated from the White Rock Lake fire and were evacuated for over a month. When we came home, due to horror stories of dealing with insurance, we were even more stressed out. I bought a new car and needed to sign the transfer papers and get some insurance. Lady was super unhelpful and since it was a Friday, I got the vibe she just wanted to get me out of there so she could start her weekend. Definitely would reccoment Capri over Westland anyway. Am switching to them today.

Avoid this company, better business found elsewhere! Spent a few days working with them on a quote, had a couple follow up questions....no response. After waiting 7 days for a response I e-mailed twice...no response...called in to figure out what's going on...no response...still waiting...Why would I trust my properties to a company that can't even give me a response? A waste of everyones time really.

I had a truly wonderful and courteous service from Hailey Field. Even though I am not very
patient nor technically very savy, she took me step by step through the process of insuring my 2 cars
over the phone. Although she is in training she was very knowledgeable and professional.

Called to inquire about their license plate selection, to my surprise they actually have the exact same letter and number combination I was looking for. When I was initially completely let down by Jack Chow Insurance to insure my place, I turned to these guys for my insurance needs. I had my space covered within hours all for a reasonable price and late on a Friday no less! They really are miracle workers.
Of course, any insurance company can be pleasant to deal with. The true test is when you have to make an insurance CLAIM. Unfortunately, this is exactly what I was faced with when my place got broken into a few short months later - I've had bad experiences with insurance claims in the past and I was really hoping they weren't going

What a useless piece of space. I went into this location to cancel my vehicle insurance, something I tried to do in another location but didn't have both plates. (Keep in mind this place was ready to cancel it, after I paid the $30 cancellation fee) - Anyways I went into this location on West 8th and nobody was upfront.. after a moment, some blonde who looked like she just rolled out of bed (Tamara) came forward and asked what I needed help with. I inform her that I'm cancelling my insurance, hand over my papers, my plates and $33.60 (tax of course). She says that I may not have the right
