Services
CMF's laser cutting processes are very efficient and low cost which enables us to offer competitive. Our 50 ton Amada turret punch press with a 72 tool station can fabricate mild or stainless steel. We specialize in small-to-medium production runs with minimal setup and efficient run times. We are capable of stamping all kinds of metals, from mild steel to high heat stainless steel alloys.
Laser cutting is one of the most efficient ways of cutting metal with a high level of accuracy. It also produces burr free parts, and requires minimal operator intervention. The benefits are maximum productivity and quick turnaround times without compromising quality.
