This was our first visit to Fubuki and we were blown away! The service was so welcoming and the staff were eager to please. And the food!! Seriously some of the best I have had in a long time. The best was being introduced to Tako Yaki - this is my new favorite anything 🤣 Highly recommend!!

I ordered two cali roll and one dynamite roll paid for $25 and this is what I got. Very lousy quality and taste was awful. No value for the money. I will not visit here again.

Pretty good! I got the mega bowl surprising thing was that the California roll was actual crab. The tempura was good. However the chicken kaarage was really small for $15.

Came in just after 2 pm and there was nobody else in the restaurant. The interior was clean and little bit of Japanese decor. Was greeted right away and told we could sit anywhere so we did. Waitress was friendly and was willing to help if needed with menu.

Since I or my guest never been to this restaurant before it took a bit to decide what to order. The waitress was fine with us taking our time, never felt rushed to place our order.

We ordered to start tako yaki ( octopus dumplings) I found the batter sweet but not overpowering, and not over cooked. The filling was fine, my only complaint

We stayed 2 nights in Radium Hot Springs and visited this place 2 days in a row. We felt it was worth it, the waitress was very friendly, great food, well prepared, and a local beer to go with it. We definitely recommend Fubuki Sushi, if we're ever back this way we will be eating here again.

We loved this place! Went there on Saturday night of the Canada Family Day long weekend and still got a table(barely), the bar filled up right after too. We were pretty hungry so got: got miso soups, seaweed salad, the veggie tempura, chefs choice if sashimi (8pc, included: yellow fish, albacore tuna, salmon, tilapia) , dancing eel roll, spider roll, lobster roll and everything was delicious!!! We later thought we should have tried their desserts (tempura banana and mango). Service was good too, some thing we had to wait for longer than others but reasonably. Recommending this gem spot!

I dined here twice over the weekend when in town and would give it around 3.5 stars. To summarize, the portions are small and it is very pricey, but it is good quality.

You have to be very careful and watch the prices when you order typical rolls and dishes. Our first order we got two appies, two rolls, and some sashimi. Pretty standard right? Should be around $45, but it added up to $90. Also the sizing was very small, two rolls and the sashimi fit in one of those rectangular plastic to go containers.

The second night we were mores careful and got more of the cheaper rolls to make sure we

Came here for dinner with some friends. Not busy on this Saturday night and we were seated promptly. We ordered green tea and settled in.

We decided to order some tuna and salmon sashimi and an assortment of rolls. The tuna and salmon were melt in your mouth and tasted very fresh. The rolls were excellent. We also got assorted tempura and they were great - not greasy at all.

Nice little shop in the mountains. Will definitely come back when we come that way again.

Had a nice lunch here. The tempura was done well. The tempura onion was particularly good. The chicken katsu bowl was pretty good with an interesting blend of flavors. Same with the rice bowl. We just had the cucumber roll for sushi and that was decent. Friendly staff

Great sushi place out in Invermere! We were definitely not expecting this type of quality out in Invermere . Welways vacation in Radium in the inbetween seasons of skiing and golf and this year we had a craving for sushi. We looked on Google and saw the great reviews for this sushi place and decided to try it out. Its a small little place but has a great warm and welcoming environment. As soon as we stepped in the door we were welcomed with a big smile from the staff. The server was super nice and very helpful. We have a toddler in tow and this place is family friendly! We ordered the chef special

Excellent sushi place, and the only one in the area! Surprisingly vegetarian friendly, with some innovative selections on the menu. On our most recent visit, my partner got the lunch special, which included seared salmon nigiri and a tempura fried spicy tuna roll. Definitely not your usual bento box! I tried the Shiitake Supreme Roll, filled with shiitakes, asparagus & red pepper, with yummy inari draped across the top, all drizzled in spicy mayo (which I had to avoid, sadly). They offered several different vegetarian rolls, including small ones with pickled radish, and ones with gourd. (Miso

Very good sushi. Had gf soy sauce but most of the rolls had tempura! (Sadness.)
Quite small, so can get pretty loud! Love to see young kids eating sushi! Husband had Arrowhead brewed beer which was tasty! Great variety, especially for a small mountain town!

Food court sushi. Super average and the food took forever to come out (45mins) for a lunch combo, even though there were only two tables at the restaurant, including ours, when we ordered. The two tables that came after us left well before us as well.

We went there May 29, 2014 after arriving in town from the US. I did so based upon the rave review from other yelpers. People in Canada must love paying through the nose for average sushi! I paid over $100 for multiple rolls and chefs choice sashimi that MABE could feed two people. Just a warning, sushi was good enough but NOT for that price.

We called today try and get a table for our party of 10 (6 adults and 4 small kids). We had read reviews on Yelp and noticed this restaurant was highly rated. Upon speaking with Leah at Fubuki, we were told the room that held 10 was currently being used and we should try to come back another night. I was confused as I had never been turned away from a restaurant before, even in the Lower Mainland. I guess the folks at Fubuki don't covet business from tourists? Or maybe Leah will be out of a job soon once her boss finds out. Either way, very frustrating! Our kids love sushi. That said the pizza

Awesome little sushi joint in Invermere. Seriously one of my favourite places to go for sushi. They have fresh ingredients, a great menu and unique sushi selections. I had the summer roll - tempura whitefish, cucumber, mango, avocado and spicy mayo. Very refreshing and soooo yummy! Good service and very reasonable prices - tempura, drinks and two rolls for less than $40.

Oh man such good sushi!

The two of us ordered the boat, which was a good amount of food for $39.95. We gobbled it all up in record time and ended up ordering more!

Everything was super fresh, DELICIOUS and inventive. The pieces of salmon they put on the nigiri was THICK, like it could almost be a piece of sashimi!

Yum yum, totally will go back if I'm back in Invermere!

Surprisingly good, authentic Japanese food! We had the udon with tempura ($14), salmon skin roll ($6.50) and mega lunch box ($16) for lunch in Feb 2013. Place starts filling up with locals around 11:45 but this sure beats the Subway, 2 for 1 pizza or Dairy Queen also right in the area.

As I said, food was good and authentic!
