CNC and precision machining is key to so many aspects of our daily lives. It's also key to a number of industries. Whether it's aerospace, auto parts or musical instruments, CNC is all around us and offers precision, accuracy and solutions to complex technical challenges. We offer the latest in computer controlled machine technology and use only top-of-the-line CNC machines.
Some prototypes are fabricated with materials, hardware and finishes that are different from the final parts or products. But what's most important is taking the time to have a prototype: It's key to your future success. We specialize in prototype fabrication and can get you on the way. We offer skilled experts who are trained to do the job efficiently and with care because getting it right the first time is so important.
When things break down and need repair, it can be hard to find parts, especially for old equipment or vehicles. You might wonder if it's worth the hassle or cost - or whether it's better to get something new. These days, the trend is towards reusing and fixing things because it's good for the environment.
Did you know that a lot of hydraulic cylinder repairs can be avoided by proper care and maintenance? More often than you might expect, hydraulic cylinders are damaged. Hydraulic cylinders are designed to apply force in one direction. They are strong but cannot handle being bent. You can avoid damage by lubricating pivot points on a regular basis.
We know you can't do your work if your machines don't work so we take care to deliver so you can return to the job. Maintaining farm and construction equipment can help extend its life and save you repairs. Like with any vehicle, tires bear the brunt and weight, so keeping tires inflated to the optimal pressure and maintaining tire balance is key to saving money and time repairing equipment.

My umbrella broke and my neighbour suggested I get a new piece made for it. I contacted these guys and they responded right away. They were upfront about the cost and time they thought it would to make the piece. They made the piece and refined it some more to make it fit perfectly. Everyone I met were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go to them again for assistance.

My boat was damaged when it came out of storage. I spent the whole summer trying to find parts. My boat is 12 years old. Finally I was recommended by a friend to go to Shore Machine. They repaired the damaged aluminum parts and exceeded my expectations and the bill was very reasonable for the expert service I received Thanks to Mike and Roger and the guys. I definitely will recommend your shop and services.

Communication with the shop was not great. It took an e-mail and two phone calls before we could settle on a time to bring the item into the shop for repair. Perhaps that should have been my first warning.
The item I needed repaired was somewhat delicate and needed several new fasteners. Their advice was to weld the fasteners onto the item. They seemed confident in their remedy. I figured they were the experts, so I trusted them to do the repair.
In the shop, the repair looked okay from the outside. Once I got home, I could use my tools to better inspect the repair, and unfortunately, the welds
