Catherine has been a practicing PT for 35 years. After 10 years in hospital and Home Care practice she founded Stayner Physiotherapy Clinic in 1996. In 2011, the practice joined with Stayner Massage and became "Stayner Physiotherapy & Massage Therapy LTD" and moved to 7142 Hwy 26, Stayner ON. Now retirement will allow her to spend more time with family and friends, as well as to travel, garden, paint, play sports and do volunteer work.

Virtual care involves a one-on-one video conference with your physiotherapist on a secure platform. Your therapist will be able to see and hear you in order to assess your condition. Your therapist will then provide education, prescribe exercises and self-management strategies, and answer your questions.
