I would absolutely recommend Ballett’s bridal. The customer service was amazing. They took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. I received a phone call pre-appointment. I was greeted and made to feel like family. All Covid protocols were respected. They pre-pulled dresses that suited my style and budget. When I called to book my order after thinking about it all of my information was already on file and ready to be ordered. What a terrific experience! Thank you, Jean, it was a terrific appointment.

A Very pleasant experience during covid lockdown! I contacted a few other bridal shops and after hearing a $250 non refundable deposit and a lot of runaround reaching out to Ballett's was such a warm and welcoming experience. I was able to pick my faves online, Terra contacted me shortly after And We had a great conversation about my style and I was given a specific date to pick up and bring dresses home. I was given 7 dresses, tried on in the comfort of my own home and found the one I loved! I had a FaceTime call the next day with Julia who answered my questions and was very sweet. The

Jean was my consultant and she was amazing..the dress I was dying to try on was not available but jean listened to my wants in my bridal dress and she nailed it.
The customer service at Ballett’s was incredible and personal touches was amazing.

I went to the Kitchener location and Gerrie was absolutely AMAZING!!! I had only a few hours to find the perfect red carpet dress to attend the Grammy Awards in LA. Gerrie was extremely helpful! She listened to… my needs and the style I was looking for. Within minutes she pulled out the most amazing dress which turned out even better than I could have ever imagined. The dress fit perfectly and my entire experience at Ballett’s Bridal in Kitchener was perfect!! I was completely blown away by the amazing service Gerrie provided. Gerrie made a stressful, time sensitive issue very relaxed

Absolutely terrible experience- brides, bridesmaid, prom chicks BE AWARE.
Was not told I was purchasing a $600 dress until I saw this one the receipt when I got home. When I called back, I was told sorry that was final sale.
My biggest issue was that I 'signed' a contract without even knowing I was signing a contract. I was told I am signing for payment. The dress I tried on was size 8, they ordered me a size 2 and I'm a size 0. I was told alterations would be $50 NOT average $50 or more than $50. Just that the recommended seamstress does this for them all the time and that it

My MOH and I went shopping here and from the get-go the service was very warm and helpful. It was so cute that they have a board outside with the names of expected appointment holders - very cute and a very nice touch!
They have a good number of dresses available off-the-rack for wedding party members - the short side of this is that you are limited by available colour and size; however, they can specially order whatever you need if you didn't find exactly what you want. They also have a tuxedo and menswear section at the front.
