Avoid this company. They are flakey and not reliable. I contacted them last year, on July 20th, 2020 asking for a quote for eavestrough installation. The guy showed up to have a look at the work and I received the quote two weeks later, on August 4th. I told them to go ahead and add me to the schedule. I was initially told they were booking 8 weeks out which would have put the install date around the beginning of October. October passed and I hadn't heard from them so I reached out requesting a update. I was told my job was still on their list and they would get back to me. No one got back to me

I want to say that this is pandemic time that it was hard to even find contractors also lumbar price has gone up 3 times from previous year. I hired them for fence in the backyard initially. Then we had a bird nesting in our dryer vent that we had to urgently get the outside vent fixture fixed. They were very responsive. I left panicked voice mail and they fixed it in next couple days. Also we had to do evestrough. The company I originally hired was not responsive so I asked them if they could do the work. They finished evestrough the next day. The fence boards were meticulously cut to straight

I contacted Backyard Contractors in June regarding an eavestrough installation. An estimator showed up rather quickly, provided a quote and gave me a time frame of roughly two weeks. I tried reaching him after a few weeks with no response. Over the next four months I had left numerous phone message and emails, requesting someone to call me back. I never received a call back first or last. I would NOT recommend this company.
