I've been coming to Spring Dental for a number of years now and have always been very happy with Dr. Ali's work. He is up on the latest dental techniques, and I feel comfortable following his advice. Dr. Ali explains the plan and answers all my questions before we start. During the procedure, he ensures that I am comfortable and not feeling pain. Always a great experience to visit Dr Ali and Sam at Spring Dental! I live in Edmonton, but grew up in Wetaskiwin and it’s worth the 45min drive for exceptional customer service and quality dental work. They are very attentive when taking care of anxious patients, are great at communicating and maximize patient comfort. I just had 3 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. Any time I said anything about freezing they were super prompt with listening and refreezing. They sang to my favorite song when it came on and laughed with me/talked me through the whole procedure. They even held my hand when it came time for the pulling all while keeping up with light-hearted banter. They were great with understanding my fibromyalgia and Adult Onset Still's Disease. I am a very nervous person in general and have feared dentists for as long as i can remember i have never gone back to the same dentist twice. I have had many issues with my teeth from only going whenever it hurts fixing part of the problem and not returning My first visit with dr. Ali was an emergency due to a toothache. In that first visit i have never felt as comfortable as i did there, the atmosphere is just so welcoming. And everyone that works there is so caring and compassionate, i have now been seeing dr.
