We have been dealing with Trent Pools & Spas for 5 years. You would think that after 5 years we would have a relationship in which we would be receiving good customer service with them. Well this is not the case at all. It is always impossible to get a call back or get anything booked in. We decided to have a roller installed this year on our 12 x 28 oval above ground pool. Last year purchased the solar cover and expressed our concerns that it was too big but was told "well that's what we are selling". When the team came to install the roller (after months of waiting), the tech said he didn't even

Absolutely brutal service. Didn't return emails, didn't show up for site inspections and over 7 months after my initial contact, I finally get them to admit (of course they didn't contact me, I had to ask them directly) that I won't be getting a pool this year. Started contact Jan 4th to ensure pool installation early in the season...just got the run around the whole time and I finally contacted Aqua Bay who can put one in within 2 weeks!

They will book an appointment with you and then not show up. Have had this on 2 separate occasions now. After buying a new pool from them and having them install it, I figured the customer service would be better, guess I was wrong. I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere, and I suggest others do as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you like waiting around forever for them to show up.

WOW! What a fantastic team they have here! We chose them to do our liner replacement for our inground pool. The previous liner was installed (terribly) 15 years ago, so it was time.
The very same day I inquired about an estimate, they sent a technician over to measure the pool to provide an accurate estimate. They were the most reasonable of all… of the estimates we received from the area. But we chose them based on their customer service and response to our questions. Of course, COVID19 changed the anticipated arrival date of the liner-but when it arrived they were quick to install it.

We purchased our pool and installation in 2000 from Trent Pools and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Now we've ordered a new liner to be installed in the Spring by Mike once again and are really looking forward to its continued enjoyment for many more years. An absolute waste of time and money dealing with this company for a hot tub repair. We were double charged the amount quoted for a pump without being notified about the drastic price increase prior it being installed/billed.The repair was not done properly as the initial issue was not fixed and the pump that was installed was leaking water everywhere below. After not being listened to by the repairman we spoke with the owner about what was going on and asked to have the pump removed. We confirmed a day and time to have it removed. When the day came the repairman informed me that he wouldn't be
