Our unlimited group class membership option is for that person looking for facilitated regular workouts that are fast paced, fun, and effective. Small Classes are held Monday through Friday and are structured to provide maximum overall benefit. We vary the exercises and the time under tension to target: muscular endurance, muscular strength and power and muscular hypertrophy.

Wow it took a long time for me to even think of getting into shape...never thought I would go to a gym. Well this place is more than a gym it is like home....very nice and open, lots of equipment but most important is the trainers...they care and make you feel welcome. I am older, around 60 and was afraid to go and get started, you know, the loose skin, the gut, no stamina, all those buff people there, but my mind was soon put at ease and my evaluation wasn't that hard. I am a male and have a female trainer who explains everything and takes the time to show proper form, she even emails me
