Each building is different, so each inspection is different. We generally begin the inspection on the roof, and then look at the building's exterior siding, trim and structural features, as well as the lot grading, before moving inside. We will also photograph and detail other items of interest such as hot tubs, heat pumps and sump pumps.
Tony has decades of experience - building, renovating and restoring homes. He knows how Victoria homes work, and how they age. He is Certified by the Home Inspection Institute of America and a member of several Home Inspection associations. Tony is a Licensed Home Inspector with Consumer Protection BC and is an approved Trainer and Evaluator of other inspectors.

When I find problems in homes I am commonly asked, "Well, is that a big deal?" My usual answer is, It just depends on you. What might be a big deal to one person is not a big deal to another. I can only inform you as to what the situation appears to be. You'll have to decide for yourself if it is a big deal for you or not.
