This company is literally the worst business I have worked with in Vermont. The people are very nice--that is when you get a hold of anyone. However, 99% of the time, you will only get a voicemail. Getting a callback is next to impossible. They don't follow up when they say they will, you can't get a hold of them to schedule anything, and they almost never return messages. I suspect that they just decide there are certain jobs they don't want to do and, rather than communicate that directly, they simply avoid phone calls. We had a few of our heat pumps break down, and despite it being almost winter

Red Rock, made me feel as if I was part of the family! Called at 7:00 am this morning and received a called back within 5 minutes. Explained a stream of water was coming from pipe and that I turn-off the furnace. Temperature out side 5 degrees. They understood and would be here between 12:00 and 12:30….door bell rang at 11:30 am! Early, unheard of today, right? Explaining what I saw and did, VERY RESPECTFUL. He explained what he was going to do, did it, cleaned up after himself….once again unheard….RIGHT!….I will be calling them again real soon to do other work….

Had an issue with heat and hot water late at night. Called the on call service, and a technician called me back in under a minute. Tim helped me figure out the problem pretty quickly and I was able to get the heat and hot water back quickly. I am extremely grateful for his help.

I called Red Rock out to troubleshoot a noisy Mitsubishi mini split installed by another company. It wouldn’t duplicate the issue when the tech was out but I had video of it from before and he asked me to text it to him. He said he’d review it with his team in the next morning’s standup. He figured the issue was probably the housing and said most likely he’d have a new one ordered under warranty. Never heard back and got an invoice 2 weeks later with a note to call the manufacturer (which he knew I’d already done). $120 charge for 50 minute service call. I wasn’t told when I set up

Tried this company after they were referred from homeowners association fb page. Experience was less than I hoped. I got a 2 yr tag that’s supposed to mean something and customer service called me back within the next day.
