Services
Patients can register with a family doctor who will provide ongoing preventative and comprehensive care. PharmaChoice Hunt Club is located next door to our clinic and is focused on service and patient care. It has been serving the customers of Ottawa South for over 25 years and it is their knowledgeable and personal service that sets them apart.

I don't know how incompetent you have to be to write a prescription for something and put the quantity down as zero. As in nothing. They prescription they wrote is less useful then the paper it was written on. I went to get the prescription filled but the idiots here didn't even fill it out properly so the pharmacy (correctly) couldn't give me anything. This is on top of wait 4 hours outside in the cold without being given any ETA and having to argue to even see the doctor. On top of people being served out of order. The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office.

Best clinic ever! I have been going to the walk in clinic for 30 years. Sue, the main staffer is patient, kind and very caring. She has always gone out of her way to help. Dr. Phung is my family doctor and she is truly a Saint. She even gives hugs! This clinic has certainly been impacted by Covid but nevertheless you will never find a more caring and dedicated team of professionals and staffers.

3 hours+wait time, sitting in the room with no clue if anyone even gonna show up. Finally doctor Khan showed up, but was rushing throughout the whole meeting. Not much of a listener I presume. Also weird in behavior, just assumes relationships without even asking. Not something I want to see in my doctor. Avoid unless you are desperate. I was, tried and never again. Not even going back for the follow up after test. Thanks but no thanks.

Over 3 hrs wait, only 8 people in line before us. People that had to pay cash for services were ushered in before everyone. No one told us the length of time after asking a couple times, no food or drink for my toddler. Took him to the bathroom and realized all the rooms were empty, only one doctor on duty. Awful service except for the dark haired receptionist she’s great.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about, I visited this medical center because I had a very severe ear infection, the doctor was able to easily diagnose it and give me the proper medication to treat my ear. Previously before going to this doctor I went to a hospital where they falsely diagnosed my ear and said it wasn't infected. The medication is affective and I'm making a speedy recovery! my only complain is the wait times, however it was worth it despite the wait times because the doctors are very well trained and know what their doing.

I spent my weekend looking up walk-in clinics who could see me. It's difficult to get an appointment with my physician sometimes. The wait was lengthy, almost 2 hours but it was a Sunday and I believe only one walk-in doctor was in at the moment.
Considering we are still in Covid, everything was handled well by staff. I appreciated the doctor who saw me, she gave me a prescription for antibiotics and confirmed a diagnosis for me.
While it was painful to sit that long, I was able to be seen and still make my shift at work.
