I put an order in to deliver flowers to my girlfriend on valentines day and they were to be delivered before 5. The charge showed up on my credit card right away but the flowers never showed up. I tired calling them for 2 hours with no answer. I had to get my girlfriend to go into the store (I was out of province) and the sign said closed and it was 5 when on their website it says open till 5:30. there were people lined up at the desk so she went in, everyone in front of her complained about their orders not showing up. The girl at the desk was very rude and didnt apologize. the money was refunded
