CYR funding is highly recommended for any sorts of mortgage needs. I experienced high level of professional approach and best customer care from Rena Malkah and their staff. I have bounced around by private lenders for 2 months but she was able to get the deal done and closed in 2 days prior to closing. I would strongly recommend this firm for your future mortgage, refinance or any lending needs.

I would like to take some time out to sincerely thank CYR FUNDING and their team for their efforts in helping me get a mortgage within a ridiculously tight timeframe during COVID and over the New Years 2021 period. At a time when my builder was requiring a super quick closing and my back was literally against the wall, Rena Malkah and her team jumped in, without hesitation, and fought to get my family the mortgage we needed to close the deal. Please understand that this was no simple task and that banks and other brokers had told me that the deal was impossible to do within the short time period

I would like to say that CYR helped me for 3 situations. A second mortgage on an investment condo apartment, a first mortgage on my commercial building and a construction mortgage on a house . Professional extortion at its finest right here!!! Beware
Costed us $4500 to cancel our deal that wasn't a deal at all. They wanted $90,000 downpayment plus $50,000 in secured collateral + a cosigner to buy a $300,000 home. When we went elsewhere for a non-criminal deal CYR (Maya) withheld our appraisal (on closing day) which I paid for, until I paid their commissions for a mortgage they could not deliver.
They led us down a garden path and when they couldn't put our mortgage together they charged us for it!!!
I dont know how this woman sleeps at night! A wolf in sheeps clothing.
