My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was kept in contact regarding when and which services were coming to work on my renovation so that I could keep other trades up to date. The staff were professional, friendly and informative (and tidy). They were flexible and made suggestions since sometimes my wants outstretched reality. The work and finishing were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, just wished I had used them on other previous renovations. Thank you Durand Heating and Cooling on a job very well done.
