Fantastic! Needed an electrician on short notice for my commercial space. Got nowhere with 20 other companies. Talked to Nathan and I had 2 guys here the following week and now I'm good to go. The guys were neat, fast and took some time to answer a few questions I had regarding more work in the future.
I would absolutely recommend them as well as use them in the future. Half a day on site and my machines are operational.

My AC wasn't working due to power failure and called Nathan. He sent his team in one and half hours as promised since made the call. His technician inspected and rectified the issue. It was my good fortune to have contacted Design Electrical to replace a broken baseboard heater and update a panel in an Owen Sound investment property. Nathan responded to my first (after business hours) email the next morning. He was able to work within a very small timeframe, accommodating 2 different tenants and myself. Not only did he send me a text confirming our timing on the morning he was coming, he figured our issue out in minutes and fixed it quickly.
