I am and was *really* let down as this use to be my favorite place. They were all really friendly and sometime ago they hired a gruff, uncouth lady who talks about her customers issues ( previous sales or crazy customers.) Frankly, i felt she was in the wrong in the examples she laid out. When you asked her a question she was bothered by it, finally came to help and offered no real suggestion or help. If you are not happy to be there then don't work there. I would give it a one star if it was my first time but it isn't so I will split the difference between a 5 star (previously) and a 1 or even
