Six Sigma is a discipline rooted on conscious elimination of defects by managing process variations responsible for defects. These process variations create defect opportunities. The major driving force in the Logas Six Sigma quality system is the voice of the customer (VOC).

The customer defines quality objectives while Logas interprets quality objectives using standards such as IPC and any other relevant standard explicitly stated on the contract.Logas aims at keeping the margin between the designed quality and manufactured quality to near zero. Logas maintains quality standards that guarantee quality levels that are greater than the client's quality objectives.
The early stages of every build at Logas involves the definition and interpretation of intended quality of the product. The process design and manufacturing engineering follows to ensure that no deviation is observed between the intended quality and the manufactured quality. The relevant documentation requirements are determined and control points developed to assure quality.
Logas assembles products to all IPC standards (Class I, Class II, Class III) and all other standards required by our clients. If no standard (IPC class) is specified in a contract, Logas builds to IPC Class II. The class chosen for assembly is for contractual purposes only. Logas ensures that the best workmanship standards are applied in all areas of our operation.
