Doug and Anna Petrie started the trailer business in 1972 with three Master Coach Travel Trailers. They built the first part of the building we are still in today, in 1973. Since then, 6 additions have been built onto the same structure. Niagara Trailers had 4 staff members, including Doug and Anna themselves.

Fantastic place and fantastic people! We bought our first travel trailer here and the experience was as nice as it gets. We talked to Jake and he showed us patience, attentiveness and friendliness. Sitting down to sign the papers took a mere ten minutes and they really do treat you like family. Shoutout to Nancy in the store who was super friendly. Also a big shoutout to Freddy in the service department who showed us everything we needed to know about our trailer.

Knowledgeable and have what's needed for RVing. Some staff more customer oriented and helpful than others. We had stabilizing trailer hitch installed and staff on installation day were pleasant but skimmed over instructions on how to attach the hitch properly. Had to return the following day for assistance and staff on second visit were brilliant...even installing the safety chains missed from the previous day's installation!!!

We upgraded our trailer, we received superb quality service. The salesman Luke took his time & explained to us the differences in fifth wheel to travel trailer..we chose a travel trailer.

Excellent experience with Niagara Trailers. Owner John Petrie has an Awesome team of experts. Our salesperson Big Jim was helpful with no pressure. Received our trailer with full demos on how everything works. Thank you Mike for sharing your knowledge and having the cameras installed and changing out the self leveling panel so it would work without any issues. Thank you Shannon for straightening our my extended warranty situation. Your service team is absolutely amazing. You installed a fifth wheel hitch on our 2012 F150 . We decided to trade in this truck for a new 2022 GMC Sierra 2 weeks later

From the moment we walk into the dealership. We were in good hands. Andre was the sales rep that helped us. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences with owning and maintaining a travel trailer. He guided us to make the right decision on our trailer purchase. It was also very gratifying to be assisted by a fantastic staff. The retail and parts dept staff were as knowledgeable and courteous. Nancy in servicing was an absolute joy as well. She delivered on everything she said!
