Way-Mor Agencies Ltd. is a family owned business which has operated in the Town of Rivers since 1934. The business was established originally by Albert Wareham, and operated under the name of Wareham Agencies. In 1951, Albert's son, Martin "Matt" Wareham, took over the family insurance and real estate business up until his until his untimely death in 1972, when Wayne Wareham continued to operate Wareham Agencies.
