Very disappointed! Received a quote for 3way soil as what I wanted and was delivered garbage top soil. Had stones, glass, marbles and plastic in the dirt. When I called and in the conversation I mentioned I had photos. She asked me to email her my complaint with the pictures and she would look into it and resolve the issue. I let it go for couple weeks and still no response. I called again and she was busy that she would call me back. I emailed and called again and receivedno response. I had been buying from London Landscape on Clarke Road for many years for mulch, river rock and 3 way soil and

Ordered stone to be delivered Saturday to our driveway and they forgot us, if I did not call them 1hr before they closed we would never have heard from them. Then they confirmed they would deliver 1st thing Monday morning and no show again, this time their truck broke down ?????? Clearly I would not recommend them. Terrible customer service

Was in a bind as the truck I reserved was delayed and needed to deliver some pea gravel, flagstones and river rocks to a client. So, I ordered products from London Landscape to be delivered on the next day, Saturday. I was told they could do the delivery, but not able to tell me the time, but would call to notify me of the delivery. The lady was helpful and I was relieved they could come out in short notice. I was relieved and thankful for them.
By late Saturday afternoon I didn't hear anything, so I called to confirm if the delivery was made. I was told that they couldn't tell me as their computer

We contacted London Landscape in July for an estimate on a large amount of yard work to be done at our home including patios, deck, landscaping etc. They set up an appt a few weeks later explaining they had just been finishing up some jobs. Which I actually saw as a good sign. They were not taking on more work then they could handle. Their rep came to our home and met with my husband the Thursday prior to long weekend in August. He was pleasant and professional. He also seemed to have good ideas. He promised us some feedback / paperwork/ estimate the Tuesday following. I have called several times

London landscape has a very good selection of beautiful stones and bricks for patios, driveways, and other landscaping projects. They also supply and deliver all the gravel/sand/other materials needed.
I'm just finishing up our new patio, with concrete barnboard. Beautiful patterned concrete slabs made to look like reclaimed wood. Looks gorgeous.
If it weren't 3 weeks late, and a different colour than advertised, I'd be probably be less annoyed. LL gave no indication that it would be that late, nor were they very organized in the delivery. The gravel and sand should always come
