We are Sharon & Mark, two entrepreneurs and triathletes first captivated by Muskoka over 30 years ago. We are passionate about sharing this experience with others through our collection of boutique Muskoka properties. Every cottage is well-appointed inside and out to comfortably accommodate eight guests.

This earthy, urban Lakeside Cottage offers exquisite 180-degree lake and small island views from multiple angles.
Introducing the newest addition to our Lakeside Cottages collection: Ruby is a big, beautiful, brand new cottage located right on Lake Muskoka just outside Gravenhurst. Enjoy modern lakeside living in the grand Muskoka tradition with a south-facing Great Room featuring cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the water.
This casual, charming Lakeside Cottage provides a quiet and calm waterfront getaway only 20 minutes from the shops and restaurants in both Port Carling and Bala. Both levels of this two storey cottage are fully above ground, each level featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom with a rain head shower, sitting area and a flat screen HDTV.
