Very frustrated and disappointed! Mr Brian Cooper's company installed our roof 3 years ago, but they was supposed to to return to install a ridge vent. In spite of dozens of attempts to contact him, this was never done. We also requested a proper receipt and written documentation of the 50-year warranty, but again no response. We've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and we hope for a resolution.
As with Mr Adam Wood (below), I would be happy to edit to review if Mr Cooper remedies the situation.

Brian and his crew are excellent at what they do. The work is not the problem. There are some repairs that need to be done with the eves and I can not get him to return my call. The roof is only 2 years old. I have left a dozen messages, emails, and texts and nothing. This has been going on for months.
Brian if you will call me back and rectify the issues I would be more than happy to change this review. You have literally left me no choice.

Brian and his team just finished our new roof. We were very impressed with their professionalism. Brian quickly got back to us whenever I emailed him and his team readily answered any questions I had clearly explaining what was happening. Their work was very thorough and well done. Protecting the property and clean up was also excellent. We would highly recommend BC Roofing to anyone.

As a framing contractor, I cross paths with B.C Roofing often. Their crew and work are very professional, and the quality is excellent. I recently hired brian and his crew to shingle my dads house, and both my dad and I were impressed with the job. They went above and beyond what they said they would do, left the yard in better condition then when they arrived and completed the job promptly and efficiently with the highest quality of work. Right from quoting through to job completion, Brian was incredibly professional and responsive.
