As we move through the steps of the provincial re-opening plan, we are continuing to invite owners to be present for appointments. We are not asking for proof of vaccination, but we do ask for only one person, wearing a mask, to attend the appointment. We are continuing to work hard to provide care and service to our existing clients and patients.
We ask for your patience and understanding with any delays as we are sometimes booking further out than usual for non-urgent appointments. Please call 613-774-6386 when you arrive and we will come out to collect you and your pet for their exam. Our reception area is still closed so we will ask you to wait at your vehicle until your appointment starts.

Services
As part of your annual exam we tailor a vaccination program based on an individualized risk assessment for your pet. Our goal is to keep your pet safe from internal and external parasites, including fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites and heartworm.
In-house digital radiology equipment enables our veterinarians to take and process X-rays on site, allowing us to diagnose physical injuries or illnesses that may be affecting your pet as fast as possible. We send blood work to our partner laboratory to be processed when needed, as this provides us with valuable information that can only be retrieved through in-depth analysis.

Do not bring your cats here to get neutered. Last year I got my 8 month year old kitten neutered here and he passed away during his surgery. My kitten was young and healthy. It is super rare that a kitten passes away during a neuter surgery. They clearly did something wrong. They did not even offer to do an autopsy to figure out the reason for his death. They even made me payed to get my kitten cremated even though he passed away under their care. As a vet, wouldn't they want to know what happened? I went there to get my kitten neutered and went home without my baby.

This vet has always been my go-to for my cats and doggo, my family also take their pets here and always have raving reviews. No, it's not cheap, but having a pet comes with a financial responsibility. I'd pay double the price if that meant I could have this team for my pets.
They're wonderful, truly the nicest staff all around and so incredibly genuine. I lost my golden a few months back and they were so marvelous to help the process go as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. She was like my child and they understood and respected that so much. They were friendly with my panicked calls

I've been dealing with this vet for about 10yrs now. I don't drive and even when an hr away still found it was worth the drive. Prices are competitive or often lower. Staff is amazing. Appointment wait time is usually within days. And we were able to email for simple follow-ups or questions instead of having to go in. They also faxed prescription that could be to closer locations for us.

Our 6 year old Golden Retriever Jesse 💙just had TPLO surgery performed by Dr. Denis Philbert (Mobile vet) on November 10. All of this started late summer when we noticed our boy was limping right after a wrestling match with his little brother. We try not to panic too much so we waited a few days to see if any improvement. Unfortunately not much improvement was noticed so we called UCVS and scheduled him to come in for x-rays. Let's not forget we are in covid times and nothing in our world has worked the way it did before. X-rays showed he ruptured his ACL & this surgery must be performed by

Thank you to the veterinarians and support staff for our recent emergency caesarian . The quick response and excellent care saved every puppy in the litter, even the one that caused all the trouble! I have attached a photo of our beautiful Golden retriever Voodoo and her litter of 10 puppies. Thank you again everyone!

I would like to say thank you to Dr. Armstrong for being so professional about her job. I just had her help me to decide for the best outlook for my dog that I had to put to sleep. Her was so caring for my dog it made me feel so comforting. She know the best outcome for the animals and not just for the money.. I would just like to say thank you... Kent Merkley
