We were very pleased with the service and overall experience from TDI re the installation of laminate flooring. Kelley was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with and our installer, Matt was efficient and professional. They job was started on time, completed with competence and efficiency. Fir floor restoration: Not only did Kelley, Micheal and the TDI crew walk us through this renovation with patience, care, and individualized service, but our restored floors are just absolutely breathtaking! TDI Flooring was wonderful to work with. The admin staff and the skilled craftsmen were all very professional and easy to work with. They came exactly when they said they would. They were very respectful of our time and our house. They did an AMAZING job of installing new hardwood floors and feathering in the new with previous hardwood so that the joining is seamless! Then refinished all the flooring. The workmen were easy to have in our home and very skilled and competent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional installation of hardwood floors.

The fir floors in my 1912 house bedrooms, hallways and staircase were so beat up with wear and tear over the years. But, after sanding and finishing, they came out looking so bright and new-looking, which I was hoping for, and I'm grateful that the crew was able to deliver that beautiful outcome. That outcome made the sander noise and dust worth it. Kelly was wonderful to deal with, and was my main influence in going with TDI after she initially came to take floor measurements. Rob did an excellent job on 3 doorway transitions by matching the wood to the rooms amazingly well!
