Dr. Millham graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. He founded the Outlook Veterinary Clinic in 2006. It has certainly been quite an experience watching the clinic grow over the years.

We absolutely love Dr. Carmen and his staff. After a rough half of the year dealing with end of life care for our 2 Golden retriever dogs and the compassion they showed it was a no brainer going back with our new Golden, Sampson. They are professional and have been a wonderful source of knowledge for us and will continue using their services going forward. All we can say is thank you!

The doctor and staff have been so amazing with my 2 pups and their needs. I was super impressed when the vet got down on the floor with my dog's check up to make her feel more comfortable. And then the staff spent a good chunk of time with me discussing training (they have a former dog trainer of 40+ years) to help work on the issues I am having. Just all in all a great experience!

Word's can't express the care and compassion our fur babies have received from all the staff. When our senior Golden Retriever Sully was in a accident with life threatening injuries. Dr. Amanda spent the 1st night with our Sully ❤️.

This vet refused to take in 3 sick kittens that needed medical attention. They were rescused from a ladies home who had passed away, and neither she, nor the people trying to take the kittens in had Covid. Considering there is curbside medicine pickup, and they are fresh born kittens, perhaps this vet should have just taken the necessary precautions to help them. Will never go back here again.

I have been taking my pets here for about 8 years now. I am always confident leaving my pets in their hands if needed. They are all very kind, professional and knowledgeable people. If you don't understand something, they will take the time to explain it to you. Always an excellent group of people there!

What do I like about the OVC? How much they truly care about our pets...Carman and I may have had a pretty rocky start but I have trusted him in the treatment of TOTO and I was never disappointed with the treatment he administered to her...would recommend the OVC to anyone...and we love Brenda and Vickie too!
