Never going here again! First the person who I was talking to giving me a hard time because I asked when the prescription will be ready. I wasn’t asking to have it ready in 5 minutes. I just wanted a rough time either morning afternoon or evening. The person told me sometime by the end of the day. Really? I only needed to know bc this prescription is an antibiotics for my 2 year old with a medical condition and he needs to take it at a certain time.
After we got the prescription, it wasn’t filled properly. I couldn’t give my son the last dose because there wasn’t enough! It was short!

I go to this place for my compound creams, but otherwise, I don't like to go to this location for other prescriptions. They are always behind in putting their prescriptions together, and if you aren't in the area, you end up wasting time just commuting. Also, they aren't there friendliest bunch and tend to ignore you at the counter (probably because they are so behind.)

Never have I had a pharmacist take such care and interest in my overall well being. The staff there all have big hearts. The pharmacist on staff during the daytime on Thursdays especially has helped me out in different situations like finding a government funded mental health specialist that most people don't even know exist!!! The owner is very knowledgeable and is one of the hundreds of pillars in the community often serving the elderly and those with special needs in a small town kind of way. Only used this place because they were supposed to "compound" the medicines for my kids according to the travel clinic I visited. They gave me pills for the kids, when I asked to get the medicines compound, they gave me all possible trouble and made me wait for more than half hour. Finally they told me that they will do it for $120 extra. I paid a higher fee from what I normally pay at my pharmacy but never got what I needed. Never use this place most pharmacies can do this without so much trouble.

They handled all aspects of a prescription transfer from Alberta accurately and efficiently. They went above and beyond the call of duty by home delivering my son's medication on a weekend (they do not usually do that). My sense was that they were genuinely concerned about him getting his medication on time.
