According to the Ontario Chiropractic Association Chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuromusculoskeletal system. Chiropractors practice a manual approach, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints.
Think about getting physiotherapy if you have an injury, or chronic pain that affects how you function everyday. A doctor may refer you to physiotherapy after surgery such as a hip replacement, or an event such as a heart attack or stroke. Problems in the bones, joints, muscles and ligaments, such as arthritis and the after-effects of amputation.
Acupuncture is an ancient, safe and effective alternative to medication and, in some cases, surgery. Acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins - the body's natural pain-relieving neurohormones - through the insertion of needles into specific anatomical points (acupuncture points) to encourage natural healing.
Orthotics are customized, rigid or semi-rigid, insoles that are manufactured according to the specific anatomy of the patient's feet. They function to correct different imbalances in a person's foot mechanics, redistribute forces during gait, and reduce improper stress and strain on different regions of the body.

This clinic, and specifically Brandon Diep, are AMAZING!!!
He is so professional and can help you feel better and reduce pain and tension. I didn’t realize how tight my body was until the session was over. Now I have become addicted because of his expertise.
I have been three times and plan to continue going back soon.

1) Very convenient - easy to book appointments online using Janeapp and they bill extended health insurance directly
2) Awesome Chiro & RMTs - Dr. Natalie (Chiro) is amazing; my neck and back have never felt better (she takes the time to treat unlike old school chiros that charge $$$ for a 5-min adjustment appointment). And RMTs are also awesome - I've had massages with Sylvia and Priyanshi and both were great. Sylvia is a big Raptors fan which is a bonus!
3) Clean & safe - lots of good COVID-19 precautions

Omg!!!!! I have had two massages this week with Brandon. In all my years of having RMT, Chiro & Physio he is THE first to be able to alleviate my pain. This guy knows what he is doing. Fantastic treatment. Can't wait to go back. Such relief of my hip, back & shoulder. He is amaaaaazing. I have worked in healthcare for 15+ years and I have tried so many different treatments. This place is the best!!!!!

I have trusted this clinic and the RMTs here for over 6 years now, and have gone to their old/original location in Thornhill (yonge & centre st) and to the new location in maple. The new clinic has the same calming energy, more rooms now and more therapists whom are all very professional, knowledgeable and genuine about your health but I do miss the sunny windows at the old place.
This clinic is always really tidy and clean which is super important! They offer water and tea when you first walk in or after your treatment, and take the time to hear your concerns so they can plan an effective

Located 5 mins from home, highly recommend. Was there just yesterday and booked online with some effort, but successful at the end. Very calming and relaxed environment. Helpful and polite staff. Booked with an RMT who does acupuncture, the same person my husband goes to. Very friendly and knowledgable. Gave me some great pointers on minimizing future muscle/ligament issues in the shoulders and lower back. Husband says she does wonders for his back, and she proved it in spades yesterday!
