We called and asked them to come out to look at our furnace which was sounding off and has now stopped working. They said they would come by either by the end of the day yesterday or today but never showed up or called us to tell us they could not make it. When we called the after hours call centre said they would only come out now if we paid extra. A phone call to tell us they could not come until Monday would have been nice as we have an infant and the temperatures have fallen below 0.

I had a noisy central air unit that was causing a reverberating noise inside the house. It was driving me crazy. I called Fred Hook (my call wasn't an emergency) and the guys came a couple of days later and serviced the unit, making the unit much quieter. Now the noise is almost imperceptible. A much appreciated job well done. Thank you.

There mission statement is nothing but empty words. This company failed to show up at a scheduled appointment to fix my moms furnace. Didn't even call to reschedule leaving her in the cold. Shamefull
