Call back took forever! Poor service! Upped my rates $800/yr and took three phone calls to find out why and they blamed a third party company which was a lie after talking with the actual company that insured my vehicles (which freeman lied again to me by saying they could not call the insurance company by phone, had to be emailed and put in a “que” to wait so any changes could take up to a month) never recommend these people not to my worst enemy. The company who insured my vehicle through this incompetent broker advised me to go somewhere else and now I am saving over $800/yr by doing so

Was with Wawanesa via Freeman for over 10 years. Had great service and only switched my insurance due to leaving the province. After I switched insurance, Wawanesa billed me in error, and Vicki at Freeman was incredibly helpful in getting the error resolved. Very grateful for their prompt above and beyond service.
