I had an incident with one of my eyes that caused me a great deal of concern and my GP instructed me to get an actual eye exam to find out in detail what had happened.
My current eye doctor was no longer the person I wanted to work with so I searched and found FYidoctors.
I called and after describing the situation they managed to fit me in immediately.
I saw Dr Head and she was able to assuage my fears and explain what I was dealing with.
I am so very grateful for the kindness I was shown and the care I received. They went the extra mile.
I will be returning for all my vision needs in the future

I've been going here for a long time now (since about 1997 or so). I've always had good experiences, seen different staff come and go to different clinics, or different life changing events (own practice, pregnancies)... but everything still maintains a good level of service and value.
