Good people, had what I needed, provided useful advice. Without getting into detail, they really helped beyond what most brick & mortar stores of any type would do. The other scrapyards or car parts places I called, really didn't care, which is more typical of this industry as far as I remember - I hadn't shopped them much really in quite some time. Compassion & empathy in business was something I mentioned to an author of a business book on entrepreneurial passion that he was recently promoting, as his next theme. This is a perfect example.
