First time having my area rug professionally cleaned and I cannot recommend SaraCares enough. They are extremely friendly, professional, and provide exceptional service (which, candidly, seems rarer and rarer these days in Vancouver!) I had a very tough stain on the rug which I harboured no illusions of being able to get out, but SaraCares did their best and it's barely visible now! The value for money is excellent and they even charged me less than what they quoted. This is a family run Vancouver business that I will now use for everything (rugs, couch, etc). Thank you so much!!

Dana from saraCares was exceptional! knowledgeable, efficient, courteous. what a fabulous job they did of my mother's 50+ year old carpet! I was ready to toss this hand woven wool carpet it looked so bad. but after cleaning it for a reasonable price, it absolutely wowed both of us! I wanted it for myself- it came up like the rare piece of antique art that it is - only looking totally brand new. very surprising the quality of care and cleaning that we got with Dana and saraCares - and I've had some bad and mediocre experiences with carpet cleaning in the past. these folks really know what they're

Dana is an awesome guy! He did a great job today! He made my sofa and loveseat smelling way better than a brand new one. It smells so clean and I can see and feel that they are really clean! My area rug is looking so clean now! My stairs carpet are looking so nice and clean too! I am very glad I found your service by googling, and decided thru good reviews about the service.
