Yes we do. We can assist you in understanding your insurance coverage and submitting claims electronically. Please ensure that you bring all of your documents in prior to or on the day of your first visit. The frequency of check-ups and cleanings can vary from person to person. For most people, a visit to the dentist every 6 months is recommended.

Dr. Danielle Woo and her team always do such an amazing job in taking care of my teeth. They would go out of their way every time in terms of scheduling and procedures. Don't GO !! Very Bad Dental Clinic!! I know I had periodontitis ，After dental cleaning that my teeth bleeding last more than 72 hrs . Bad Luck, I infected with Retrograde pulputis after bleeding. The toothache lasted about three months . I went to Centro Dental check 4 times, Doctor wrote some drugs and let me wait to check 2-4 weeks everytime. Till my toothache pain was unbearable, I can't sleep over night !!! I google it , It was late pultutis that Cold can relieve pain and late pultutis may can't save the tooth. Even I told doctor it must be Pultutis, Doctor still wrote some drugs let me wait

Receptionists are friendly, hygienists and dentists are very hands on in their work. Very efficient in general while not having the feeling of being rushed.
I have been treated by two different dentists and three different hygienists there over the three years, the high standard is always there.
Overall Centro is a dental clinic that provides the service you need, and is handled in a professional way.

Very friendly staff but be aware of what they are charging you.
Especially if you are thinking about invisilgn, make sure you go through each of the detailed line item and what they are charging you, and review your plan in detail!
Doc & hygienist skill questionable.
My retainer cracked with a few month after I received them when usual life expectancy is 2-3 years.

Dr. Danielle Woo is not only an amazing caring dentist, she is also a wonderful person. I feel really looked after by their whole team. I have had Invisalign here and regular cleaning. I also have 3 kids and one of them has special needs and she never has a problem getting the job done. All 3 of my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist.

I have been with Centro Dental for 30 years and can highly recommend them. Their space is clean and modern, they utilize the latest technology and do a good job of taking the time to explain things to you. All their staff are very friendly and they make the experience of attending a dentist as painless as possible. Their staff are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Even though I no longer live in Richmond and it is a bit of a trek for me to come into Richmond I still come back here for regular cleanings and check ups because they are that good.

Dr. Vivian Huang is great!!
She takes the time to get to know you, which is something I appreciate. I saw her often during the course of my Invisalign treatment and I was always excited to see her and Mary. They made every visit experience very pleasant! She also did a follow-up before and after Invisalign progress picture with me which I thought was a great personal touch! It really made it see how much she's helped straightened my teeth :D

Dr. Danielle Woo makes going to the dentist less traumatizing - she takes great care to make sure you are comfortable as she works on your teeth, explains different procedures when asked, and takes the time to get to know you! I like the fact that she doesn't just swoop in to check your teeth after the Hygienist has completed the cleaning but is the one who does the full service, from scaling to flouride to checking teeth and cavity repairs! Her patient follow-up is great, too, and the breadth of services offered at the clinic is fantastic (I'm booking myself in for teeth whitening before my wedding

Dr. Allan Woo and Dr. Danielle Woo are fantastic. My two children (4 and 6) have looked forward to going to the dentist since they were young toddlers. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious with lots of clean toys to play with, and the receptionists are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My family and extended family, including my grandmother, are all long-time patients at Centro, and have always had positive experiences.
