Came here during covid:
Ambiance: (4 stars)
They have outdoor seating on Bloor St, but surprisingly it was not as loud as I expected.
Service: (5 stars)
Our waitress was super friendly and kept making jokes.
Food: (5 stars)
Appetizers:
PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE: 5 stars ($15) - extremely tasty, a really big portion, easily sharable between 4 people.
CALAMARI FRITTI: 5 stars ($19) - very lightly breaded calamari, great taste!
Main meals:
VITELLO ALLA PARMIGIANA : 5 stars ($24) - great taste, very lean.
FILETTI DI SPIGOLA: 5 stars (sea bass) ($26)- cooked to perfection.

The parmigiana was... disappointing. Soggier than anticipated. The eggplants were a little too overcooked and the cheese was a bit nonexistent.
Pasta and pizza were okay. Pasta was the better of the two. We ordered the bufalina pizza, pesto spaghetti, and gnocchi. We ordered the pasta a bit before they closed and they still came out delicious.
Service was good, the server was nice to us. But I heard them trash talk about a customer and I don't know how I'd feel hearing employees openly talk about customers like that. I know restaurant employees do that in their spare time, but I wouldn

One of the best Napoletana pizza I have had in a while. Right now if you order online they are offering 50% off. I will try the Romana style pizza the last time. I also had a bombolone as well (Italian donut), was very good. The toppings on the pizza are very fresh, and of good quality. I will be coming back for me.

It was alright. I had to reheat the picante pizza when I got it home and then had to add salt, pepper and parm to give it some flavour. It was a bit bland and the cheese was lacking. Calamari was great but also needed reheating. (No big deal since it was takeout but we did show up when it said it would be ready). Pescatore pasta was decent but slightly over cooked. It was a nice meal overall and couldn't beat the price during the covid times. The house wine was good!

Here tonight for a wonderful dinner. We ordered the calamari fritti which is a a must order item in this menu. Also ordered the veal parmigiana which was delish. It comes covered with a slice of eggplant so if you love eggplant then this is a good option. Also comes with a side of seasoned veggies it was amazing. I'm glad this place is close I will come back for sure! Highly recommend. Ask for Kristen she's great!

Felt like having pizza this evening so went there with my wife and unfortunately left disappointed. The staff there was good - talkative and friendly without being intrusive. The house wines were simply okay - drinkable but a little young. We just had pizzas but they were disappointing. Too much cheese on them and the toppings didn't have a lot of flavor. Part of this was because there wasn't enough salt in the dough and I suspect the other part is because they weren't using fresh ingredients - it tasted of canned ingredients not freshly sautéed, and with the excessive cheese, there

Ordered 2 Romana style pizzas yesterday for dinner guests. Everyone loved it! It's really good. Great tasting dough very rich and flavorful pizza sauce. Doesn't fall apart, crust has a nice crisp to it. Such a great option for when you want to order good quality Pizza but don't want to do individual-sized $20 neapolitan pizzas at all these other places (and then be forced to order a party size at a fast food sjop). They also have neapolitan pizza too if you want
Love the flexibility and options.

This was my first time at the Bloor West Village location this weekend and I gotta say it was a far cry from the positive experience I had at their original Mississauga, Streetsville location which was sad.
We came by on Saturday out of the rain, the restaurant was at like 40% capacity and when we asked for a table we were asked if we had a reso, we didn't, and were given told they'd see what they could do. Fair enough. They did seat us but in the entire time we were there I'd say half the seats remained empty. So I don't know if people simply no showed or if this was an unnecessary

1.5 stars out of 5. Wow, a bit shocked at how bad this is. It is not really Italian so if you are Italian or like Italian food avoid this place. If you just want Italian but don't care how it tastes come here!
What I had: Caprese salad which is supposed to have basil, but the one leaf didn't suffice for the dish. Pasta with clams which was bland and flavourless, over cooked and not as it described on the menu. It tasted as if they made it in the morning, barely reheated it, then added some chili flakes. No sauce, no flavour, no garlic and no parsley. It did come with one leaf of of basil

A very mediocre experience. I tried the pizza quatro staggioni and it was a bit cold, lacked flavour, was empty - tomato sauce was not flavourful enough and was a bit watery. There was not enough substance on top of it - the artichoke and champignon quarters of my pizza had probably 4 slices of a mini champignon and 5 mini artichoke leaves. In short, my pizza felt like a cold piece of tomato with mozzarella and some mini veggies here and there.
My spouse's calzone was nothing out of this world either. The only thing I really liked was the Italian amber beer, but not enough to go back.
