All of the staff at Pratt's are exceptional, and the fact that Pratt's offers free delivery to your home is a testament to their complete approach to customer service. Chris is always available for an in person meeting/consultation at his office regarding any question you may have. He is professional and caring. He will look you in the eye, listen carefully and give you professional and comprehensive recommendations regarding your situation. When my mother-in-law was in a particularly tough situation Chris personally compounded her prescription and drove out to Westsyde to deliver the medication
