Friendly, knowledgeable and kind technician. However, good business to build relationships with customers means keeping it real with customers and being transparent. The 99$ flat fee is great, but the diagnostic fee is anywhere between 99-399$ roughly so your “flat fee” is actually closer to $500 before repairs. They don’t mention this until they are standing in your door and you owe 99$ already for 3 minutes of their time. That didn’t feel very good. 350$ to diagnose a loose wire behind an outlet here with minimal work needed. Not sure how a diagnosis could be much easier then that! Steep
