This shop is amazing ! The front desk lady is super helpful and knowledgeable with excellent customer service. The owner really wants and cares about supporting small local businesses . We deal with powder coat station both with the Cossack business and our other business.

These guys do all of our powder coating and the quality and turn around is excellent. We cost thousands of parts a month and rarely have to re-work. If the odd re-work ever happens they are always quick to fix the problem at no charge. Would definitely recommend to others.

I brought my Honda valve cover to have it coated, they didnt mask the threads where the oil cap gets threaded, there was paint everywhere around inside the valve cover and the spark plug hole, I ended up just buying a new valve cover from Honda. Cutting corners is their expertise.

Our company has dealt with "The Powder Station" for over a year now. I have to say that we are extremely happy with the quality and durability of the powder coating, as are our clients. Dean, April and their team are true professionals in providing an excellent finished product and diligent customer service. Couldn't be happier with "The Powder Station", its hard to find a company these days that put as much care and attention in what they do as the people in this company. The Powder Station is bar none the best powder coating company in my opinion! I have dealt with them for the last 5 years and will continue to bring them my business! 1 star because I can't give any less. Brought some motorcycle rims, spokes, fork tubes, brake calipers and a couple other pieces to have coated. Dean said he would have them done in 2 weeks.
After 2.5 months of bad excuses and too many phone calls he finally got it done.
After getting home and unpacking I started noticing that the work done was pretty shoddy. The rims have a crusty bubbly flat spot from where they were left on the tabletop. Fork tubes weren't capped off and were full of stuck on silica and offspray. Caliper bolt holes weren't plugged, poor masking job on contact points. Powder

I tried to explain I wanted a high quality job, (use your best guy) even had a clear coat done to make sure. Too much powder applied so I got a bumpy finish. After googling I found out it's called "orange peel". Also had a few specs of crud in the finish. The guy was also whining about all these small jobs and it's such a pain in the butt. Next time I will seek out their competition.

Took in a handleful of things too get powder coated. they quoted me a week, it ended up taking them four months! every second week i called the boss he didnt take it seriously would laugh about the situation too me and would always say next week, next week. so after four months it was ready for pickup they ended up painting three things the wrong colour. about %75 of my stuff had bubbles and faults in the paint. they also messed up two of my pedal bike forks that were almost unrepairable and left with lots of sand still inside and melted rubber. also they forgot too put a bunch of my stuff in my

Do not use this company, we had to re-do thousands of lineal feet of railing because they don't properly clean before powder coating. We sent pictures of the defective jobs and they just ignored it.

Had an old set of table and chairs that we brought in to have refinished and the result was better than we could have ever imagined. Want to thank Dean and his crew for exceeding our expectations. Definitely would use their services again, we have a new table that now fits with our newly renovated kitchen.

I dropped off a few MC parts for a basic flat black powder coating and have to say I am very pleased. The job was flawless, on time, and done as requested. A professional and no nonsense business so I'll be back. Now Im just looking around for things to powder coat. ;-) Perhaps my wheels next...
