Extremely disappointed in this company! My nephew’s bus for his wedding day showed up with a cracked bumper, broken windshield and it was filthy inside and out! The old Bentley that his bride wanted showed up… as a new one which was completely not want she wanted. Great way to ruin an already trying and stressful day! No apology, no fair way to compensate them. No taking ownership for their poor service. Just sweep under the rug. Will NEVER use again or refer anybody we know. TERRIBLE!

I had the best once in a lifetime experience of have a private tour & sitting in the white Rolls Royce Ghost and the white Bentley Mulsanne ultra luxury sedans at this year's Lavish Dulhan South Asian Luxury Wedding Show. I recommend the Ultra Luxury Sedans for prom or for the Bride & Groom if they do a black tie wedding.

I used Allure Limo’s two times this week, both for birthday events downtown Toronto on Monday and Sunday. Our limo driver, Lav was incredible all around; extremely professional, very nice, on time, always… responds to texts quickly, super flexible with timing and pick up location,etc. He went above and beyond to make sure my friends birthday, and my birthday were incredible. He also surprised us with buying me a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The interior and exterior of the limo were clean and Lav makes sure you’re all hooked up with music for your ride. My wedding was on October 7th 2018. My contract stated pick up for 1:45pm, the driver was 45 mins late with no explanation. Then proceeded to drive recklesly on the on ramps and 407. It was the drive from hell, questioning if we were going to make it on time and most importantly...ALIVE. He almost got into countless accidents. This was the worst experience. I would never recommend this company.

Terrible service! Used them for our wedding day. Was told we could only hire the car for the entire day instead of the 2 hours that we needed. So we agreed and the driver went and did several other jobs whilst we were waiting for him at the temple. It ended up delaying us severely!. The driver never apologised for being late and admitted to picking… up other clients. Furthermore, we asked for ribbons on the car and never got any. When we called up later to tell the owner about how poor the service had been we were shouted at and told that we couldn't organise our own wedding! A disgraceful

Limo was half an hour late to pick us up to go to prom, and an hour late picking us up, resulting in a group of young students being left alone down town with some pretty annoyed teachers having to stay back and watch us. Only offered the tip and a discount on future purchases as reimbursement, which is useless, because I never plan on using this service again, and would not recommend it to anyone.
