Celtic Rendezvous
Located in the heart of the Avalon on the Southern Shore, Celtic Rendezvous Cottages by the Sea warmly welcomes you. While staying with us you can feel the ocean spray, smell the salt air and enjoy a bonfire on the beach. By hiking & by the sea, you can discover the beauty of our majestic rugged coastline.

From Luxury Executive suites to RV Sites we offer a range of accommodations for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your spectacular RV park. Speacial thanks to Marie, Leona and Roger-you're what Newfoundland is all about. This is our 2nd visit to The Rock and the people make it - the sights are amazing too- we had the best view from our motor home on the hill.
Services
Celtic Rendezvous was originally conceived by Roger Colbert. Born and raised in the community, Roger has been entertaining his guests for over 18 years. You may catch him building a bonfire on the beach, taking in the ocean playground and telling a few stories, all capturing the essence of a bayman up the shore.
Nestled into Newfoundland and Labrador's Southern Shore, on the Irish Loop Drive, you will find hidden gems in the communities of Burnt Cove, St. Michaels and Bauline East. The Irish Loop Oceanside Chalet, Celtic Rendezvous Cottage Resort, a 5600 square foot private home, and forest acreage are all available for film and photography shoots.
At Celtic Rendezvous Cottages by the Sea, while you are enjoying the spectacular view, you are able to cook up a 'scoff when you stay in one of our Oceanfront One Bedroom or Two Bedroom Cottages or Oceanfront Executive Suites that each come with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. After spending a day taking in the sights or hiking the trails, kick back and unwind in our Luxury Cottage and take a long well deserved soak in the jacuzzi tub.
Celtic is located in Newfoundland's Avalon Peninsula. We're right on the Atlantic coast, just a few steps from a gorgeous rocky beach where you can listen to the waves crash against the coastline and the rocks rolling out with the tide. We'll keep it simple. Newfoundland Tourism offers amazing resources and trip planning tools, including special offers, itinerary planning and interactive maps.
Contact our office:(709)-334-3341. All prices are per night for double occupancy with an extra charge of $15.00 for each additional person, plus tax. The $300 security bond is required in case of damage to the property or contents, or if any of the terms of the rental agreement cause monetary loss to us as owners of the property.

Loved the location by the sea. Could hear a lot of sea birds, couldn't see much due to the fog. Full service RV park

I could go on and on about how beautiful the scenery is, but you really have to see it in person to fully understand. I had a great two night stay and a very friendly group of worker's willing to help when needed. I highly recommend to check in at Celtic Rendezvous Cottages, you won't regret it.

Nice and clean and the views are spectacular! We booked 2 cabins with friends and were disappointed that there were no staples such as salt/pepper, tea bags/coffee etc there. No complaints at all... But would be nice to see these things added. We would definately recommend this place.

Myself and My biz partner rented 4 cottages last week and hosted a wellness retreat at Celtic Rendezvous and lived every moment of it! The cottages were so clean and comfortable and bigger then I expected! The staff were super friendly and quick to help us out with anything we needed in the cottages. Barb was so accommodating and amazing to work… with! She was always there for us when we needed anything and very helpful during our retreat. The views were spectacular from our cottage, and the sunrises were just breathtaking. I love how it’s right on the ECT which is super accessible

We stayed in the RV park for four nights and loved every minute! We were lucky to get site six, closest to the ocean and the views are simply spectacular! We watched puffins and other seabirds, and saw whales multiple mornings below the cliff. There is a huge communal fire pit and the owner brings up heaps of wood every day, so bring along your chair and drink and get to know people from all over the world. Full hookups, level site, not much privacy, but we didn't really care - everyone was down at our end of the campground admiring the view.
We used this as our base to explore St Johns and the

I’ve had two wonderful vacations at Celtic Rendezvous, in 2010, and 2014. Everything about it, from the accommodations, to the people, to the wonderous views, was more than I could have hoped for. I hope to go again, someday.

Nice views and nice cabin. Few problems with guest services (wifi, towels, lighter) but otherwise very nice spot.

This was our second year at Celtic Rendezvous. We can't wait for next year! We were in a cabin this time and there was nothing else we could have asked for. Coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on our balcony to the sights and sounds of the whales and birds could not be surpassed.

Spending the afternoon enjoying the magnificent views of the ocean is the highlight of this place. The RV park provides a sheltered gazebo and comfortable chairs on a cliff overlooking the ocean as part of the camping area. The camping area itself is a clean gravel plateau with full services, including useable wifi. Staff is very friendly.
