Their drivers are too lazy to come to your door, but just throw packages over your wall or fence not considerate of what might be inside that could be breakable or where it lands.

The driver either leaves my pkg on the road, too lazy to bring down my driveway, or does drive down then tears up driveway leaving. I don't think she knows how to drive!

Drivers are rushed and park a bit bad…. But considering the work they do, it’s amazing how efficient they can be, and how shiny some idiots criticizing them are. Could have an option to redirect the parcels, but truth is they are ok, and other companies will cause you losses on damages, which my business saw happen one time only with CCL, and it was maybe because the security guards took it in and dropped it

I emailed Laura Desjardins from HR, introducing myself, my business and a potential opportunity for her team. She responded my going into my google my business and left me a 1 star review. I email her back apologized for my unsolicited email, offered her a $100 gift card to erase the review and she never responded. I am very unhappy about the unprofessionalism. If Laura Desjardins is willing to erase the 1 star review on my page. I will do the same. Thanks in advance

This company is a subcontractor of Amazon Logistics, so they deliver Amazon Prime packages. Their service is absolutely atrocious. They are leaving packages unprotected in lobbies and using COVID as an excuse. Literally every other courier is delivering packages to apartment doors. All you have to do is knock and leave, you are never coming into contact with someone. It's simply a copout to excuse their lazy service. I sincerely hope they lose their contract with Amazon.

I work for the Nanaimo warehouse and love my job. Our supervisors are amazing and we work with great people. It's a fun job coordinating and sorting packages for operations. We take care of Nanaimo, Courtenay, and Victora packages and always meet our deadlines to have trucks loaded in the morning. We take Covid precautions seriously to make it a safe environment for everyone.

I applied to work for this company was told I had the job then they sent me a contract with many limitations and the ability to end my employment at any time without reason. I told them I was going to hold off at this time due to the contract restrictions. My situation then changed and applied for the job again and nobody will call me or talk to me. Very unprofessional and disappointing... Do better CCL!

I noted today that this is the company in Victoria BC who hires the Amazon delivery drivers.
Based on the recent months deliveries to our apartment complex on Gorge Road they are doing a lousy job picking the right people to do these jobs.
One screw up after another... Leaving parcels in the lobby downstairs, at completely different addresses, not delivering on the day they are supposed to, repeatedly getting instructions wrong for simple things like READING an address label and using the correct intercom codes, barely speaking English or rude, if they do use the intercom....the list goes on

Ordered 2 monitors from London Drugs online. They use Corporate Couriers to deliver the items. I was surprised that my order made it to me 2 days after I had placed the order... except half my order was missing. I asked if they have another box for me and the delivery person said no, there was only one box.
After spending a day speaking with London Drugs customer service and the store from which it came from, London Drugs had indeed processed my order asap and the courier picked up the full order but my other monitor is sitting in the Corporate Courier warehouse still.

Several years ago, the Owner of Corporate Couriers came through our doors, introduced himself and asked for our business and told us what his service was all about. I liked what I heard, so I filled out the application form and thought we would give them a try.
I have been nothing more than happy ever since and that is high praise for a courier firm. We have had issues with deliveries with other companies in the past but not even once with Corporate Couriers. We just opened another brokerage and guess who I called first? Yup - Corporate Couriers. I would not even think of using anyone else.

Never shows up on time. Never comes up stairs to give me my package. Left my package in the lobby of my apartment building for anyone to steal. Cannot track when it will show up. Could be 2 maybe 3 days from when its supost to arrive so i hope you like waitting at home for days on end. Calling is no help because they have to e mail to get ahold of… the driver. And they dont leave a card to say they were here or where to pick it up. Driver tries to lie to cover themself that they did something wrong. Dont want to use this service ever again. Not happy.

I always order the P4 type delivery and they will always come within the 4 hours... sometimes sooner which is a bonus!
