Wash/Degrease: Each item is carefully washed and degreased using a solution of carefully selected and monitored chemicals. Initial Rinse: Using only fresh, clean water, each item is thoroughly rinsed to remove any sediment or impurities.
Iron Phosphate Application: This critical phase involves a chemical conversion process that actually etches itself into the material, creating an impermeable seal that resists corrosion and extends the life of the item.Interim Rinse: This second fresh water rinse removes any remaining foreign material and ensures that the material is ready for the final process.
